Toronto Pearson Airport Limos provides pre-booked private transfers between Rosedale and Toronto Pearson International Airport. A chauffeur collects you at your address in South Rosedale, North Rosedale, or the streets around Summerhill and Moore Park, drives you to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and on the return trip waits for you at Pearson after you land. Service runs 24 hours a day, so a 5 a.m. departure or a midnight arrival is booked the same way as a midday one.
To request a quote, use the online reservation page, call +1 647-482-1472 (toll-free +1 800-563-7766), or email info@torontopearsonairportlimos.com. The price is confirmed before you commit, so there is nothing to work out at the curb.
A quick note on searching: results for “Rosedale limo” often mix in businesses that simply have Rosedale in their company name. This page is about something narrower, which is getting from the Rosedale neighbourhood to Pearson and back.

Most Rosedale bookings take one of two shapes. On a departure, the car arrives at the time we agreed, the chauffeur helps with bags at your door, and you are dropped at the departures level of your terminal. On an arrival, we monitor your flight, so a late landing shifts your pickup instead of cancelling it. Waiting time is not charged on airport pickups when a flight is delayed.
If you already know your return date, book both legs together. The second leg is simply a Pearson pickup with your flight number attached, and having it on file means nobody has to chase down a ride after a long-haul flight.
Pearson is not the only airport we cover. We also run transfers to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, Hamilton International and Buffalo Niagara International. Billy Bishop sits on the waterfront and is a much shorter trip from Rosedale than Pearson, which makes it a handy option for short domestic hops.
Rosedale looks compact on a map and drives like a maze. The Park Drive Ravine splits the neighbourhood into north and south, stone bridges tie the two halves together, and the curving streets and cul-de-sacs mean a driver who has never been to your address can lose several minutes finding the right entrance. When you book, we ask for the exact address along with any gate code, buzzer detail or tricky driveway, and pass it straight to the chauffeur.
South Rosedale was laid out in the 1850s after the Jarvis estate was subdivided, and the area earned heritage conservation district status in 2003. It covers streets such as Park Road, Crescent Road, Elm Avenue, Chestnut Park Road and Roxborough Street, with Rosedale Valley Road running along its southern edge. Many of the houses sit well back from the street on long or sloping driveways. If yours is narrow or steep, tell us when you book and we will send a vehicle that suits it.
North of the ravine, development began in 1909 once a bridge made the crossing practical, and the district received its own heritage designation in 2005. Pickups here are usually reached from Mount Pleasant Road or Bayview Avenue. The small commercial block on Summerhill Avenue at the northern edge is a handy landmark if you want to meet the driver somewhere easier to find than a quiet crescent. Mooredale House and Rosedale Park, off Schofield Avenue, are also common reference points when residents describe where they would like to be collected.
Our Rosedale service extends to the neighbouring pockets that travellers tend to group together. Summerhill, around the Yonge Street subway station, sits at Rosedale’s western edge. Moore Park lies to the north and east, running between the CP rail line and Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Governor’s Bridge, a small enclave just east of Rosedale and Moore Park, takes its name from the bridge across the Moore Park Ravine between Douglas Crescent and Astley Avenue. The same booking process and the same vehicles apply across all of these.
Rosedale has very few hotels of its own, so out-of-town guests of Rosedale families usually stay in Yorkville, roughly half a mile to the south-west. We collect from the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto (60 Yorkville Avenue), The Hazelton Hotel (118 Yorkville Avenue), Park Hyatt Toronto (4 Avenue Road), W Toronto (90 Bloor Street East), The Yorkville Royal Sonesta (220 Bloor Street West) and other hotels in the Bloor-Yorkville area. If you are hosting someone, you can book their Pearson transfer yourself and send them the confirmation.

From most Rosedale addresses the distance to Pearson is roughly 25 to 30 kilometres, depending on which street you start from. With light traffic, plan on about 30 minutes. At weekday rush hour, 45 to 60 minutes is a more realistic range, and a snowy morning can push it higher. Treat these as planning estimates based on typical conditions rather than guarantees.
Two routes do most of the work. The first heads down the Don Valley Parkway to the Gardiner Expressway, west to Highway 427, then north to the Highway 409 spur that leads into the airport. The second goes west across the city to Allen Road, joins Highway 401 westbound, and reaches the airport through Highway 409. Which one is faster depends on that morning’s collisions and construction, which is why our chauffeurs choose the route in real time instead of following a fixed path.
Weekday mornings are where timing matters most. The 401 through North York and Etobicoke and the 427 corridor are congested between roughly 7 and 9:30 a.m., and trips that take half an hour at midday can stretch toward an hour or more. Early departures usually get ahead of the build-up.
Airlines commonly advise arriving about two hours before a domestic flight and three before an international one. Your pickup time is that arrival time, minus the drive, minus a cushion for traffic. For example, on a weekday international flight at 9 a.m., you would aim to be at the terminal around 6 a.m., and a pickup between 5:00 and 5:15 a.m. would be typical. When you send flight details, we will suggest a pickup time instead of leaving you to work it out.
Airport runs are what most Rosedale clients book, but the same chauffeurs and vehicles are available for other trips. You can see the full range on our limo services page.
Pre-arranged pickups and drop-offs at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, day or night, with flight monitoring on arrivals. Meet and greet can be added for passengers who want the chauffeur to meet them inside the terminal.
Bay Street and the financial district are a short drive south of Rosedale, and many residents travel for work on a regular schedule. We offer corporate accounts and flat-rate pricing for repeat travel, so an early client flight does not turn into an expense-report chore. Executives hosting visitors can also arrange a car for a guest’s whole stay in the city.
Infant, toddler and booster seats can be reserved when you book. Mention the child’s age and weight so the right seat is installed before the car arrives, and tell us how many suitcases and strollers are coming so we can assign a vehicle that holds everything.
We also provide transport to downtown venues such as Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Stadium and Budweiser Stage, and to weddings and other special occasions. Rosedale to the downtown core is a short ride, and booking a return pickup avoids post-event scrambling for a car.
Trips to Buffalo Niagara International Airport and other out-of-town destinations are quoted individually. If your route uses Highway 407, the toll is charged at cost and only if you choose that route.
Our fleet page lists the executive sedans and SUVs used for airport work. The Lexus executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage. The sedan lineup also includes the Cadillac XTS and Mercedes S550, and the SUV options include the GMC Yukon and Chevrolet Suburban. Larger groups can ask about limo vans and coaches.
As a rule of thumb, a sedan suits one to three people with modest luggage. If you are travelling with golf bags, skis, a stroller or more than two large cases, ask for an SUV, and confirm seating and luggage space for the exact vehicle when you request your quote.
Our rates page lists starting prices of $65 for an executive sedan and $95 for a luxury SUV, before HST. Your Rosedale quote is confirmed at the time of booking, because the final figure depends on the route, the vehicle and any extras you select. The extras are published, so you can see in advance what applies:
Because these extras are itemised, it is easy to estimate what a trip will cost. An airport arrival for two people with one stop on the way home, for instance, involves the base fare, the pre-arranged pickup fee and the stop charge, plus HST and gratuity. If you would rather not do the arithmetic, ask for a total in your quote.
You can start the process on the online reservation page or by phone. It is sensible to book early for holiday weekends, March break and the start and end of school terms, when many Rosedale families travel at the same time.
Rosedale’s ravines and tree-lined streets are at their best in spring and autumn, but they also shape how a trip goes. In winter, the grades near the ravines and long private driveways are worth a thought: clear a path to the door if you can, and tell us if the street is likely to be icy so the chauffeur can plan where to stop. Leaving a little extra time on snowy mornings is cheaper than a missed flight.
Spring brings neighbourhood events such as Mayfair at Rosedale Park, when streets around Schofield Avenue can be busier than usual. If you are travelling the same weekend, mention it and we will confirm the best pickup point. Summer is peak travel season at Pearson, and holiday weekends can slow the approach roads. In every season, the simplest safeguard is giving us your flight number, since we monitor arrivals and can adjust for delays instead of leaving a driver guessing.
Residents who travel often can ask about repeat bookings. Having your address, gate details, preferred vehicle and usual terminal on file speeds up each new request, and it means the chauffeur already knows which entrance to use when the front of the house is not the easiest approach.
Pre-arranged limos use a separate pickup system from taxi and rideshare queues. At Terminal 1, passengers typically check in at the pre-arranged services desk at Door A on the arrivals level, and the airport commissionaire calls the driver up from the holding area. Meeting points can differ at Terminal 3, so before you land we send exact instructions for whichever terminal your airline uses. If your plans change, phone or message the office and we will update the driver.
Each option has a place, and the right one depends on your luggage, the time of day and how much predictability you want.
The subway and the Union Pearson Express are cost-efficient for one person with a carry-on. Rosedale station is on Line 1, and the UP Express covers the Union Station to Pearson leg in around half an hour. The catch is that you carry your own bags through a subway ride, a train platform and the terminal link, which is less appealing with children, several suitcases or a pre-dawn departure.
Taxis and rideshare avoid the transfer, but fares can move with demand, and on arrival you join a queue instead of finding a driver waiting. Driving yourself and parking works for some trips, though you take on the 401 or Gardiner traffic yourself and need to arrange long-stay parking and a shuttle at the other end.
A pre-booked limo costs more than public transit and sits in a different category from a ride you hail on the day. In exchange you get a fixed quote, a driver who has your flight number, and a door-to-door trip with someone else handling the route.

Roughly 30 minutes in light traffic and 45 to 60 minutes at weekday rush hour, with longer times possible in winter weather. These are estimates, and the chauffeur adjusts the route to the traffic on the day.
Work backwards from the time you need to be at the terminal, usually two hours ahead for domestic flights and three for international, then subtract the drive and a cushion. Send us your flight number and we will recommend a pickup time.
Yes. Yorkville and Bloor Street hotels are within the same service area, and many Rosedale households book transfers for visiting family and clients there.
Let us know when you book. We can send a vehicle that fits the street, arrange a meeting point at a nearby corner, and give the chauffeur the gate or door details in advance.
