Simcoe is a long way from Terminal 1. The town sits at the junction of Highway 3 and Highway 24 in Norfolk County, roughly 140 to 145 kilometres from Toronto Pearson International Airport, and there is no practical public transit option to bridge that gap. Toronto Pearson Airport Limos runs private airport transfers between Simcoe, the surrounding Norfolk County communities and Pearson, with a chauffeur who collects you at your own door and a price you agree to before the trip.
This page explains how those transfers work from Simcoe in particular: which route the drive takes, how much time to leave, where we pick up across the county, what vehicles suit which group, and how to book. If you already know what you need, the online reservation form takes a few minutes. If you would rather talk it through, call +1 647-482-1472 or email info@torontopearsonairportlimos.com.

A transfer from Simcoe is not a short hop, and it should not be booked like one. The drive is close to two hours in normal traffic, it usually starts before sunrise for morning departures, and it often ends with a tired family and a lot of luggage at the other end. A private limo or SUV removes the parts of that journey that go wrong most often: finding a driver willing to take a 140 km fare, parking at Pearson for a week, or leaving a car at the airport for a trip that might be cut short.
We handle pickups and drop-offs at both Pearson terminals, and we can also run Simcoe passengers to other airports when Pearson is not the right choice (see the section on other airports below). Bookings are made in advance so that the right vehicle and chauffeur are assigned, and service runs around the clock, which matters when your flight leaves at 6 a.m. or lands at midnight.
One point of clarity, because the name causes confusion online: this page covers Simcoe in Norfolk County, on the north shore of Lake Erie. It is not Lake Simcoe and it is not Simcoe County, which is the Barrie, Orillia and Wasaga Beach area north of Toronto. If that is where you are travelling from, our Barrie airport limo page is the better starting point.
The usual route from Simcoe heads north on Highway 24. Once you leave town, the highway runs almost straight through farmland toward Brantford, where it connects with Highway 403. From there the 403 carries you east through Hamilton and Burlington and on toward Mississauga and the airport. Your chauffeur chooses the final approach into Pearson based on what the highways are doing that morning, because the stretch around Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville is where most of the unpredictable delay builds up.
In light traffic the trip takes roughly an hour and forty minutes. On a weekday morning, a Friday afternoon, or a summer long weekend, two hours or a little more is a safer assumption. Those figures are estimates based on typical conditions, not guarantees, which is exactly why we plan pickup times backwards from your flight rather than forwards from a map app.
A reasonable rule for an international departure is to be at Pearson about three hours before the flight, and about two hours before a domestic or transborder one. Add the drive and a margin on top. For a 9:00 a.m. international flight, that points to a pickup in Simcoe somewhere around 3:30 to 4:00 a.m. For a mid-afternoon domestic flight, a late-morning pickup is usually enough. When you book, give us your airline, flight number and terminal if you know it, and we will suggest a pickup time rather than leaving you to guess.
Norfolk County has a few dates that quietly affect travel. The Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show fills the fairgrounds on South Drive from the Tuesday before Thanksgiving through Thanksgiving Monday, and the town gets busy with visitors that week. In the warm months, Port Dover draws heavy traffic on summer weekends, and Friday the 13th brings thousands of motorcycles to the lakeshore. Winter is the other variable: snow squalls and blowing snow across open farmland on Highway 24 can slow the first leg considerably, so we build in extra time on forecast snow days.
At Toronto Pearson Airport Limos, we take pride in delivering exceptional limousine services that prioritize safety and customer satisfaction. Read what our happy clients have to say about their experiences with us:

Most of our Simcoe-area passengers are not actually in Simcoe. Norfolk County is spread across farmland, small towns and lakeshore, and a pickup in Port Rowan is a different drive from one on Norfolk Street. We take bookings from any address in the county, and the quote is built around your actual pickup point.
Simcoe is the county seat and largest community in Norfolk County, with a 2021 population of about 16,100. Locals know it as Ontario’s Garden, and the farmland around it supports a surprising amount of business travel from agricultural consultants, equipment buyers and visitors to the area’s food-processing and manufacturing plants. We pick up from homes across town, from the Norfolk County administration offices at Governor Simcoe Square, and from local hotels and motels along Queensway and Norfolk Street.
Arts and heritage venues in the centre of town, including Theatre Norfolk on Peel Street, the Eva Brook Donly Museum on Norfolk Street South, and the Carillon Memorial Tower, are all easy pickup points for visitors and performers who need an early transfer to Pearson the next morning.
Port Dover is the county’s busiest summer destination, with a 2021 population of around 7,900 that multiplies on any warm weekend. Visitors who rented a cottage or stayed at an inn often need an early departure to Pearson on a Sunday, which is exactly the day highway traffic is heaviest, so booking ahead matters more here than almost anywhere else in the county. The Lynn Valley Trail links Simcoe and Port Dover on foot and by bike, but it will not get you or your suitcases to Pearson; a chauffeur will.
Further along the shore, Turkey Point, Long Point and Port Rowan have mostly seasonal populations, which means many of our pickups there are international and out-of-town guests at rental properties. We confirm the exact property address and any gate or laneway access details before the pickup date, since cottage roads can be hard to find in the dark.
Delhi, known historically as the heart of Ontario’s tobacco country and home to the Delhi Tobacco Museum and Heritage Centre, sits on Highway 3 west of Simcoe. Courtland lies along the same highway toward Tillsonburg. Passengers from this side of the county often combine a Pearson transfer with a return arrival late in the evening, and we can schedule both legs in one booking so the driver is waiting when you land.
Waterford, with its tree-lined streets, heritage museum and the ponds that locals use for swimming and kayaking, is closer to Brantford and the 403 than Simcoe is, so the first leg of the drive is shorter. Smaller places such as Bloomsburg, just north of Simcoe on the old alignment of Highway 24, and the farms that sit between them, are covered the same way.
We also take passengers from neighbouring communities in Oxford, Brant and Haldimand when they want a private ride to Pearson, including Tillsonburg, Brantford and Jarvis. If your address is not in Norfolk County, include it in your quote request and we will confirm coverage. Our full list of areas we serve shows the other regions we cover across Ontario.
Pearson is the most common destination, but it is not always the best one for a Simcoe traveller. Depending on where you are flying and when, a different airport can save real time on the road.
Quotes for these routes are given individually. Ask about your specific airport when you contact us.
The core of what we do from Simcoe is a private transfer to or from Pearson. You can book a single leg, or a return that pairs a departure with your arrival pickup. A return booking is worth considering for a week-long trip, since it fixes the arrival chauffeur and vehicle in advance and removes the problem of finding a long-distance ride at midnight in Terminal 1.
Long journeys are hardest on young children and older passengers. For families, we can arrange infant, toddler and booster seats when you book, and a larger SUV or van gives children room to settle on a two-hour drive. Older travellers and anyone coming home from a medical stay often prefer a single door-to-door ride rather than a transfer between buses, trains or relatives’ cars. Tell us about mobility needs or walking aids at booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
Norfolk County’s economy runs on farms, food processing and manufacturing, and that means a steady flow of visiting buyers, specialists and executives. We support corporate and executive transfers for visiting clients, and the pickup can be arranged from a farm gate or plant address just as easily as from a hotel. Corporate packages are available on request.
Weddings at Lake Erie venues, family reunions and fair-week visitors all create group travel. A van or a larger vehicle keeps the party together on the highway and takes pressure off the people who would otherwise be driving. For larger groups, tell us the headcount and luggage and we will recommend the right vehicle.
Not every Simcoe trip ends at an airport. We also run point-to-point rides to Toronto, Niagara Falls, London and other Ontario destinations, and itineraries with several stops can be quoted on request.
Choosing the right vehicle for a two-hour drive matters more than it does for a quick city ride, because seat comfort and luggage space are felt over the full distance. Our airport limo fleet includes executive sedans such as the Lexus, Cadillac and Mercedes models, full-size SUVs such as the GMC Yukon and Chevrolet Suburban, and larger limousine and van options for groups.
If you are unsure, send us the passenger count and the number of large suitcases and carry-ons. We would rather suggest a bigger vehicle than have bags on laps for two hours.
The process is deliberately short. You do not need to create an account.
Booking at least a day or two ahead is sensible, and earlier during holiday weekends, fair week and summer weekends, when long-distance vehicles fill up. We take shorter-notice requests when vehicles are free, so it is worth asking.
A 140 km trip depends too much on the exact address and vehicle for a one-size rate card, so we quote Simcoe as a flat fare for your pickup point. Our rate terms list the add-ons that can apply to any booking. The main things that shape the quote are:
Our rate terms state that prices are subject to 13 percent HST and that a 15 percent driver gratuity applies to prepaid reservations, so ask for the total when you are comparing. Highway 407 tolls are charged at cost, based on your preference. Airport authority pickup fees are listed in the rate terms so there are no surprises on the day.
Compared with a long taxi ride, a flat quote removes the risk of the meter running up behind a highway collision. Compared with driving yourself, it avoids a week of airport parking and the early-morning drive home after a red-eye.
Coming home from a long-haul flight is when a prearranged pickup earns its place. We work from the details you give us at booking, and our reservation terms say we do not charge waiting time for airport pickups delayed by a late flight. If you would like your driver to meet you inside the terminal and help with bags, ask about our meet-and-greet service when you book.
Pearson’s ground transportation arrangements, including exactly where prearranged cars collect passengers at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, are set by the airport authority and have changed over the years. For that reason, we confirm your meeting point in the booking confirmation rather than leaving you to follow outdated directions.
